FiND A Provider

How to find a participating MetLife Dental provider:

  1. Click here for the MetLife provider search
  2. Choose “Find a Dentist”
  3. Next to “Choose your Network” choose PPD Plus
  4. Enter your Zip Code and click “Find a Dentist”

Pro Tip:  The PPD network allows you to use any dentist you wish, but you will receive the greatest benefit by using a dentist who participates in the PPO network.

How to a participating MetLife Vision provider: 

  1. Click here for the MetLife provider search
  2. Select “Davis Vision” by MetLife
  3. Enter your location information and click “Search Now”

How to use Teladoc:

  1. Click here for directions to create your Teladoc account
  2. To begin using your Teladoc services, simply download the app and set up an account
